Working with business development for several decades with many companies and organisations in Sweden as well as in Scandinavia, the rest of Europe including some US Companies, we understand what it takes to succed.

As consultant we have provided information for marketing and market development focusing on the client relationship and the future demands of clients. Consumers as well as citizen's demands on public organisations.

But we have also witnessed many organisations fail to adjust to and develop their business in spite of there ambitions. The reason more often then not being lack of understanding of customer demands in  the organisation. And the tools and resources to transform the organisation accordingly. 

We want to change that.

We have now come to the point in our work for the process that we have titled "Find it", "Make it work" och "Make it last"  were we are going to be more specific in the role that we hope to fill in order to support real change and development.
